MODERN VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN JÁVEA  6  Bedroom.   LAYOUT: The Villa is contemporary and offers all the comforts of a modern property. As soon as we enter, to our left is the American kitchen composed of all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals, with an ideal central island. The dining room is opposite the kitchen consisting of a table and chairs. The living room, with access to the garden, is made up of two fourseater sofas each, an armchair, a bench for three guests and a coffee table. We will also find a TV in this space. On this floor there are four bedrooms: three with a double bed each and one with a kingsize bed and a bathroom with a bathtub en suite. Two bathrooms with shower are also located on this floor. Climbing the internal staircase we access the upper floor of this magnificent villa. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower; and another with a kingsize bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, make up this floor.   EXTERIOR: The garden of the villa is full of plants and lemon trees . The pool is located in the middle of the garden and is surrounded by hammocks to enjoy the good Mediterranean climate. Under the porch, we find an outdoor dining table with table and chairs, as well as a bar where we can serve refreshments in summer. In addition, we also have a small chill out area with a sofa and two armchairs where we can relax on our vacations. Thus, another chill out area is located next to the pool with enough capacity for all the guests of the villa. In the other part of the accommodation there is a trampoline as well as a space to exercise outdoors. The villa is located in a quiet residential area.   SITUATION: The villa is located in a quiet residential area where privacy, relaxation and comfort are synchronized to offer an unforgettable stay and experience.
